I think I would be a bit pissed off if the topers came like that. They should fit on your frams perfectly. They are not cheap for what they are.
All of the tops I ever bought came like that. That’s why I ended up selling everything and moving away from Pair altogether. Nothing I bought would lay flat and I felt stupid walking around with ill fitting plastic slapped onto my frames. It’s a shame because I loved the concept.

Yeah you can tell they sing some parts of the song in a different way from the studio version, I still thought it was a great performance though
I don’t think this is bad personally, but in terms of whether they’re “just studio singers”, I can confirm they’re amazing live.
I've heard them perform live, and they're absolutely amazing. I think this song just doesn't translate well to a live version

Thx for posting, but you got to admit, pretty lame that they arrive bent. I just got into Pair and frustrated with the covers not staying on. $25 and $30 a cover. They should arrive perfect. Right? Again, though, thanks...
I completely agree - VERY lame. I ended up abandoning the glasses/brand altogether. The fact that I had to constantly readjust the tops and even then they didn’t sit flush - I felt silly. I felt like I looked like I had construction paper slapped onto my glasses and that I looked goofy. Kissing someone and bumping the glasses and them making a large SNAP sound as the magnets reconnected was embarrassing enough for me to give up. I still follow the groups on Facebook because the concept is fun but I have more fun paying $40 for a whole new pair of frames from places like Zenni.

I just ordered mine. I don't want to have to do this. I hope Costco will adjust them for me for free. I'm getting my lenses put in them from Costco. Much cheaper
This isn’t enough heat to do anything to the magnets. In fact, Pair themselves recommends doing this to adjust the tops. Costco might adjust your tops originally but they aren’t going to appreciate you coming back repeatedly. This will be something you have to do regularly.
I’m wondering if the frames are the ones that need to be adjusted, not the toppers. The reason I say this is that I just took off my glasses from another optician and they actually have a curve to them when placing on the table and looking at a side angle. Just an observation I thought I would share with you.
@@catherinecharron9297it’s a common problem and it is the toppers. The frames have a flat profile compared to traditional glasses.
